And MY 2 cents...the ONLY criteria for ANY ARRL (or other) awards is very simple: If both stations AGREE they have made a QSO, then they DID have a valid QSO...regardless how/when/mode/assist/etc is used.....There is no third-party judge required or invited...KIS..jay ny2ny _________________ Topband Reflector Archives - http://www.contesting.com/_topband |
