I am having a little problem envisioning this process.  For the Hazer to
pass the lower guy point, I am guessing the guys have to actually be removed
from the tower, right?  Just removing them from the guy anchors and letting
them hang vertically from the tower won't allow sufficient cleanance, will
it?  If it will, I would suggest using three truck "chain binders" like the
truckers use to hold their loads down on large flatbed trucks.  Use the
chain binders right at the ground anchors.

If you actually have to climb the tower to the 33 foot level and remove the
guy wires, I simply would not do it.  When the Hazer is up, it would be even
worse to climb it again to re-attach them.

Maybe I am missing something in this process.
