[TowerTalk] 40M Quads

I " need" (not, "want" you see!) a 40 meter quad.  Donna want to build
from scratch.  What about GEM Quad, do they make such??  Boomless and two
element would be best.  I have a HBX Rohn waiting for it at 64 feet!
Any advice, parts availability, etc. will be appreciated.
