About a dozen years ago Dan Britt(SK) K4URK (Britt's Two Way) worked a deal
for several Atlanta Hams for a 20' alum mast that was very strong (as I
remember it was 85,000psi). Price was about $180 and he had 5el 10, 15, 20
Hy-Gains mounted on his...the deal was thru Tull Metals. Its possible but
with alum costing well over 200% more than 12 years ago...pretty expensive.
6061 is a good grade, but the T6511 is the temper and strength factors.
7075 is much better space grade stuff but almost imnpossible to find.

Suggest you check with your local alum supply house to get the specs from
their book.
