Hi Danny,

I can't answer your original questions but I do have a few of my own for
you. In reading your post I noticed that the words "<bigger>Hello
DXers/contest</bigger>" are larger and bold. Also the
words..."<fontfamily><param>Arial</param><color><param>ffff,0000,0000</param>How
about bending</color></fontfamily>" appear on my screen in red and the
words..."<fontfamily><param>Arial</param><color><param>0000,8080,0000</param>K0SR
</color></fontfamily><color><param>0000,8080,0000</param>design</color>"
appear in green. Your closing
signature..."<fontfamily><param>Arial</param><color><param>0000,0000,ffff</param>73
de ON7NQ Danny"</color></fontfamily> appear in blue. Also along the side
of your e-mail is some nice bold graphic lines.

So...my questions are....<bigger>How Do You Do That?
</bigger><fontfamily><param>Arial</param><color><param>ffff,0000,0000</param>What
e-mail program are you using
</color><color><param>0000,8080,0000</param>that allows one to
change</color></fontfamily>
<fontfamily><param>Arial</param><color><param>0000,0000,ffff</param>the
color, size and boldness of your on-screen fonts?
</color></fontfamily>I've tried to duplicate your results above by
copying, pasting and re-editing your text. It works on my screen but
there must be an easier way to do this... and I don't know if it works on
anyone else's screen. Sorry to detract from your original question but
this fascinating bit of information just popped right out at me and I'm
terribly curious.

Since I'm also a quad aficionado I'd also be interested in the results
you obtain from your original
<color><param>ffff,0000,0000</param><bigger><bigger><bigger>question</bigger></bigger></bigger></color>.
 Guess what! I just found out what the buttons above my "To" box in
Eudora Pro 3.0. do. <underline><bigger>Cute! Very
Cute</bigger></underline>!

73,

Roger, K2JAS

</fontfamily>Recently I replaced my Mosley PRO67B by a 3 element      5
band quad.<fontfamily><param>Arial</param> It will be mounted in box
configuration at 55ft and fed with separate 1/4 wavelength 75 ohm
coaxlines thru a remote coaxswitch..

* What would be preferred : unused ports switched to ground or

*

* isolated ?

*

Mechanical considerations have prevented me from putting 30&40m

on the same antenna...

* Anyone tried reduced size 30&40m loops on his quad ?

*

* <color><param>ffff,0000,0000</param>How about bending
</color>the loopwires          ?

Im thinking of using the <color><param>0000,8080,0000</param>K0SR
  </color></fontfamily><color><param>0000,8080,0000</param>design
</color>( CQ Magazine July 94      )<fontfamily><param>Arial</param>

Comments and/or experience are appreciated ! TNX ..
