      Scotch 33 is 7-mils thick and 88 is 8.5 mils thick. Other than that,
they're identical. If you live in a hostile environment or at altitude, you
may want to consider the thicker 88.

     Both are premium electrical tapes used by professionals for weatherproof
coax joints. You should be using them too.

    BTW, TOWER TECH carries both flavors.
