In a review on the NYE tuner several years ago K1TN pointed out the owner
was 82 (then). Since he has moved from Wsahington State to Idaho. Probably
won't be many more Nye MBV tuners unless he sells out (he was refusing all
offers three years ago).
This leaves you with the units from MFJ which are improving (thanks in part
to Tom W8JI) and N4XM's great Xmatch.
