[TowerTalk] C4XL Driven Element Placement

I must say that if I pay big buks for a beam kit, I want it to work the
first time upon correct (a la mfg.'s instructions) assembly. 
If I wanted to spend lots of money for something I had to haul up and down
a tower to tune, I would go to some other hobby (or some other mfg.)
