[TowerTalk] pier pin vs section in concrete

For what it's worth, when I put up my Rohn 25G I talked to an engineer
at Rohn who said "use the pier pin".  I'd put him in the "pro" column.

N4ZR is correct - this issue was beaten to death here already.  Check
the archives.
