    One of the noisiest parts of the monitor is the screen itself.  There is
no real fix for this other than an overlay with imbedded wires that can be
grounded.  This is a very expensive fix, as the wires need to be very fine
so you can see through them.
    Another fix for noisy monitors, if the chokes on the cable don't quiet
it down enough, is to coat the inside of the case with marine bottom paint
that has a high copper content, and then use small grounding straps to tie
all to the chassis, and ground the chassis.  Bottom paint is very expensive,
and is not sold in small quanities, unless you happen to live near a boat
yard.  A friend has suggested a paint called "copper coat" or something like
that.  I have not tried it, but at about 5.00 for a spray can, it might be
worth the test.
    Also, the inside of the computer case can be treated in the same way to
cut down on eminations from the disk drives and such.
    Hope these are helpful suggestions.
