Pete- 2 interesting similarities. the issue of essential public utilities was
raised at the post-cell tower meeting ( the meeting after the meeting) ;at
that point, the solicitor told me the ordinance was being altered so that cell
towers et al could not be construed as being such(apparently there was some
feeling from the county planning commission that could happen) The same issue
with a 180-degree twist.
The second is that my local government also wants to not interfere with
people's hobbies.
