Here is the story
9 weeks ago a placed an order with a US company
They confirmed the order by fax and promised 4-6 weeks delivery terms.
9 weeks later i still haven't received an antenna
After my notice i wanted to have an explanation and a confirmation on when
they are going to deliver.
the want to cancel the order
Unbelievable, a customer complaining abt poor promises get banned,
What are my possibilties legaly to get my expenses back
antenne rotators, toptubing etc...
I left out the company's name sofar..
