The 6061-T6 is NOT suitable for your proposed set-up. The windspeed
spec for Washington county is 80 MPH. The 6061-T6 is only 35,000 psi yield
strength (I don't have my Mast, Antenna and Rotator Calculator Program so I
can't give you an idea of the exact bending moment of the proposed array.) but
you're probably in the 50-60,000 psi range.
