Hi Lane

I would definately go with number 2.  The 2 element delta loop is a
great antenna.  I've hung them off my tower for 10 and 15 meters and
they are killers.  Also, they don't have as narrow of a beamwidth as a
beam, so you can work other directions as well.  Try it, you'll like it.
