Mr Rodman is right and he is giving some excellent advice. I hope you never
have to go before a planning board or commission but I have seen many and
although I
am not an attorney you have to be ready for battle. You have to be ready to
be
nice and firm. You you have to be ready! And I think the good Dr. David is
trying to tell you that. He is realistic. This situation means be real
and he is!
