I believe that the ham who sought our advice needs a lawyer rather than an
opthomologist. Each tower case differs from others on the facts and on the
law, and who but a lawyer is best able to help?
Conversely, should I suspect glaucoma I'd see an opthomologist, not a
lawyer.
