Do you want to have performance on 40-10 or just have an 'average'
signal? IMO LP's are NOT optimized for ham band performance but for broad
spectrum coverage.

I have a reprint of my "Building A One Tower Station"
article/presentation that addresses some of these issues. It's a buck from
Tower Tech, Box 572, Woodinville, WA, 98072. It's been presented at Dayton,
W9DXCC, etc.

For further information on multi-band yagi performance, try our on-the-
air antenna test report. It's 60 pages of data sets, summaries and protocol
and is available from Champion Radio Products (http://www.championradio.com or
888-833-3104). Fifteen bucks + s/h.

Current choices would be to add a TH11 or Skyhawk to your 402BA or go
to two Force 12 antennas like the 40/20 and 17-10 combos or a couple of other
configurations.
