Nope; the original booklet which was mailed as a freebie had many pages - it
had a purple cover with a lightning bolt traveling from top to bottom, was
the same physical size as the "GROUNDS FOR LIGHTNING PROTECTION" book, and
had maybe 25 or 30 pages.

This was also about 6 years ago!

Anyway, the information was primarily about Poly-Phaser equipment, with some
articles sprinkled throughout, as I recall it. Certainly nowhere near as
informative as "GROUNDS..." is.

Nope - the book they gave away had different, read less informative,
information.  It did refer to the book I bought, however.
