[TowerTalk] stacking tri-banders

I have to opportunity to stack 3 TH7 DX tribanders.
3 questions:

First, what's the general rule for stacking tri-banders seperation wise?

Second, what kind of gain improvement can I expect from a single tribander
at the same height as the top of the stack?

Third, Is the resulting stack optimised for a single band, or is there a
seperation that maximises all three bands?
