Vertical rebar with ears. #8 bar-58" long.
Extend with #3 bar wire wraped 15" overlap min to within 4" of bottom of
hole.
Horizontal bars # 3 bars wire wrap on 15" centers.
Diagonal bracing is 5/16" rod used as shipping brace.
Hole required. 3' x 3' x 6' 6" with forms 6" above grade.
