There is an entire chapter in my ARRL Ant book ( 17th ed.)devoted to
broadband 80m dipoles.Much of the material came from an article in QST
for April, 1983. They generally use some reactance canceling scheme to
achieve a W shaped SWR curve across the band. 73, Dan, N5AR
