[TowerTalk] Military Grounding Handbook

Does anyone else get 'Access Violation Failures' when
trying to get this document? I emailed roy_bowser@daps.mil 
with no response yet.

I am inside a company firewall, but I typically can FTP.
This doesn't seem to be the problem...
