Hi Greg,
We had a Telrex tribander at the Univ of Mich Club W8UM.
It had almost no F/B on 10M and we found the driven element
trap resonant very high in the band. We retuned the traps
using insulated wires connected at each end and taped
together forming a parallel capacitor.
If you have some modeling software, check your reflector
and director dimensions and see where they resonate.
