Mr. Otto when I go to a car dealer to by a new car for $20k plus I put down a
deposit for $200 and sign at the dotted line. If the dealer can't deliver the
goods that I want within a stipulated period of time I get my money back and go
to an other dealer of the same make or an other dealer of a different make. I
think your comments would be little different if it was your 5 or 10 grand that
was tied up with no guarantee of delivery date. I think its a shame and dubious
to run a business like that, but unfortunately the choices in towers is a little
more limited than cars and there is less consumer protection in the tower
business.
