ISO 9001 is the correct buzz word for business just like having the
correct named bottle of water to sip on. It only has bearing on the
empowerment groups. The people that set up the ISO make a lot of money,
the charges run from a few thou, to a whole bunch of thou's. One of the
scammers wanted $6,000.00 for starters to make my shop ISO 9000/01. For
what? so I could put it on my advertising etc.
I have not lost any business by not being ISO certified.
