  You might want to replace the Allen screw with a set bolt, the kind
with a square head on it, (heat treated to be a set screw) since this
application rotates under 1,000 rpm, being off balance shouldn't
be a problem.  HI HI If you coat the set bolt with LPS 3 annually
it won't rust.  (a waxy protectant in a aerosol can)
