I just tried it, the link works fine. Here's a higher-level link:

There's manuals for the Ham-M and Ham-II in this directory, plus those 
for the T2X, AR22A and others.

The Schematic is in the manual.

Frankly, a PC interface is sorta overkill for a Ham-M....
