[Towertalk] antennas on tower

I just ordered a 64 ft Trylon tower and have the following questions. I have a 
10 ft 2" steel mast and plan the following installation. A Sommers hf antenna 
with 40 meters on the bottom and a 2 meter fm beam on the top.  I have the hf 
antenna. 
My questions are these:

 Is the spacing ok and is it that important that the 2 meter fm antenna be 
insulated from the mast.
