Robert, I used one for years. It was mounted at 43 ft on a rooftop mast, and I thought it worked great. It was reasonably compact and broadbanded enough to cover all three bands without a tuner. It does have traps, so you might be better off with a force 12 design (or even consider a 3-el steppir), but the Ex-14 is a very good antenna. GL and 73, andy, ae6y |
