My experience was very bad regards service with this company and completely
unsatisfactory. I don't consider myself difficult to deal with but found
them unresponsive in that they claimed repair once and working correctly
twice although I sent comprehensive letters including copies of the
original letters sent describing the problem with unit not coming up when
turned on. I thought it might be circuit board problem. Any way, finally
