There was an article in the March 1963 Issue of QST called The Paul Bunyan
whip, pages 47-49, and a subsequent article in about 1969 with updated
information. It gave plans to build a 58 Ft tilt over mast out of high
strength steel tubing. Is this what you are looking for?
