4 or 5 meters is a serious modification in impedance
compared to what you have at the antenna because you have
significant SWR on the feedline.

I suggest you model the system and include the line. Eznec 4
will do transmission lines, or you could use TLA from the
Antenna Handbooks to determine a "sweet length" for the
feedline. Remember tuners like higher resistance slightly
inductive loads and that low impedance high capacitive
reactance loads are the worse situation.

There is a tuner program in TLA, or you can go to W9CF's
website to use one.
