I had a C-3 for a couple of years until I replaced it with a C-4SXL.
I've been very happy with these antennas.

I know that some have modified their antennas to give a bit more
stability to the elements which are crowded together at the driven
element. The SWR does "wiggle" a bit when the wind blows, especially
on 15m. BUT... this doesn't cause any difficulty whatever. The
antenna still performs very well. It isn't a stable SWR that does
the radiating, after all. My dummy load has a very stable SWR!
