I built a large quad with #12 copperweld...I wonder what the weight 
difference is between the teflon coated stranded / solid, and #12 copperwed 
(copper coated steel). I fugure the tefoln should offer some additional 
fatigue resistance also.
Not sure about Ice buildup on  teflon... but I think that freezing rain will 
adhere to anything below freezing, and may not offer much in ice buildup 
resistance. I know the water will bead on it... that maybe worse as the ice 
may build up in a bumpy fashon... who knows???
