The primary difference between an Inverted Vee Dipole of
medium or wide bend angle and a dipole is the lowering of
effective height   Since you are already starving for height
a bit I'd keep the ends up as high as possible    This
assumes your desired operating directions are broadside to
the antenna and you don't want a cloud warmer antenna
