I'm looking for a good choice for a flexible, rugged, and low loss coax for
portable operations (up to 10m/30MHz) in 50 to 100 ft kinds of
lengths. The standard 1/2" RG-8/213/etc. are all nice, inexpensive, etc.,
but are pretty stiff and bulky. I've got a bunch of RG-8x foam dielectric
cables, which are flexible and small, but somewhat higher loss.
Doesn't have to be 50 ohm.
It would be nice if 4-6 100ft lengths could coil up in, say, half a milk
crate sized box.
It needs to be moderately rugged (step-on-able without damage) but doesn't
have to last for 20 years in the sun.
