Don't know how you can do antenna work from inside the tower, but guess you  
have that covered...
 
Since I've had mine up for 5 years, I'm going on memory, but have been very  
pleased with the performance.  Obviously, you would have to be able to  reach 
the center of the driven elements to make the switch between one and three  
feedlines.  I would assume that individual baluns would be needed on each  
feedline, but these can be just coiled coax.  Force 12 supplies all  materials 
for 
either feed method so you can make the choice when you put it  up.  Since I 
fed mine with a single line, I have an extra coil left  over.  With multiple 
coax feeds, you should have a few shorting bars left  over.    With single 
feed, 
I do have a bit higher SWR on 15 as  has been noted previously on the 
reflector.
