I think it actually is 3/4/4... The top of each H vertical is Rohn 25G
telescoped into 45G, and I think the top antennas are 3 element, from
what I remember of the pictures.
There actually ARE finished pictures of the array there, you just need
to look at the bottom of the page for the picture page numbers.
