Noalox is suppose to dry up, it is to make sure aluminum joints do not  
oxidize and create a poor electrical connection. Its made for aluminum wire  
and 
cable . It actually is a type of  dielectric, do not let the  dryness on 
disassembly fool you, the electrical contact is what counts and I  also think 
it 
hardens to make a watertight fit so it doesn't wash out. I am not  sure of the 
dielectric properties of this other type of never  seize compound, quickly 
reading about it looks like a very good never seize  compound but said noting 
about 
dielectric properties. It would be nice to know  if it is also a type of 
dielectric , because its anti-seizing compounds seem to  be excellent. You also
