You would have to model this to know for sure.   FWIW, at P40A I used to 
have my H.B. 4el 15m antenna about  7' above my H.B. 4el 20m and both were 
pointing in the same direction.  The antennas worked very well, although 
there was some 15m interaction.  I had a slightly different SWR curve and 
some loss of F/B.  Your Hy-Gain antennas have the elements electrically 
connected to the boom and I'm not sure how much the boom from the antenna 
not in use would effect the pattern when rotated 90 degrees.  I am pretty 
confident that you would be happy with their performance if you mounted them 
the same direction with 7ft or 8ft spacing and it's a lot easier to use that 
way.

I have a 204BA in a tower....
I want to put a 153 CA 3 el 15 meter on the same mast...but the boom of the 
153
Ca will be 90 degres with the boom of the 204...
I wonder what would be the minimum distance between the two antennas...
