Mosley I believe sells a single element kit that works on 12 and 17 you 
bolt onto the boom behind the regular driven element and connect the two.

I once had a Mosley Classic 33 WARC antenna and the extra element was 
the only difference between it and the regular traditional Classic 33. 
The 12/17 element functions as just a rotatable dipole though.

Also with the WARC kit on the Classic 33 you could then add the TA40KR 
kit 40 meter traps to the end of the regular driven element and have a 
10-40 antenna, only problem was you had to use either the Dacron rope 
Mosley sent to support the 40m kit or use 3/16" Phillystran as I did for 
a nicer looking installation.  The 40m and the 12/17 were just rotatable 
dipoles according to the instructions.  But my Classic 33 WARC worked 
fine with the 40m kit.
