You can still get the BX hardware from: http://criticaltowers.com/ They say it is made by Thomas Shelby & Company, Inc. using all the original ROHN tooling. I bought some new concrete base stubs from criticaltowers.com for my HDBX48 when I moved it to a new QTH.
