As near as I can tell, this array is used at night for
religious broadcasting throughout central Europe at 300 kW
on 1539 kHz. Crossed dipoles at 250 feet should work pretty
well in a 160 meter contest. I don't think there would be
much swr-induced loss in the 5 inch diameter coax.
