And what's a half or one db amongst friends. A lot of times propagation
or antenna height can be a big equalizer. My first beam antenna was a
Mosley TA-33 Jr. Those were the days when Mosley beams were quite
common. 15-20 years ago I assembled a Mosley beam for a friend. I was
impressed with the quality of construction and the size of the traps. I
have no idea how well it performed in comparison. I don't even have a
Mosley in my scrap pile.
