Well, I did some digging, Clifford doesnt seem to provide much info online. 
However General Cable is one of their suppliers and they list #12 and # 14 
in 4000' reels.

I'll call Monday and see about cost and motor freight from Kentucky. Or if 
Clifford wants to be cooperative, Vermont is an easier drive and it wont 
bankrupt me on gas for my 1T van!

Maybe do a group buy if the price goes down. I did that years ago and 
ordered around 20K feet.
