Thank all of you that replied. I liked the hydralic approach, but it was a bit
expensive for my taste. I started looking around my place for a solution and
found the perfect one for me. It is the poor man solution. Use a "come
along". Hook one end to the tower leg and the other end to the top of one of
the braces. Works like a champ. Here is one at Harbour Freight for $16.95
