Not sure what you expect from this survey.  Those who died using a full body
harness and fall arrest lanyard as intended probably won't contribute.

Let's do a little survey amongst amateur (not professional) tower
climbers on towertalk that climb with a full body harness and fall
arrest lanyard.

The Question:  Has your life been saved by you using a full body harness
and fall arrest lanyard as intended?

Reply to this list and not me.  You must include the circumstances in
which your life was saved in order to be counted.  Was it saved during
an ascent, during a decent or at the working level?
