Interesting idea.  Aestetically pleasing too.  I'm in the midst of a fight
that previously was to GET a permit for my tower and has now morphed into a
fight to KEEP my tower.  This will pretty much short circuit any safety
concerns brought up by the neighbors.  The arguments are all devised to make
me get rid of the tower so the more "things" I can mitigate the better.
