When first installing the tower after the "Tilt Over Frame" is in place......My 
Question is "How do you maneuver/wheel the tower into the correct  horizontal 
position", do you use some sort of low dolly 

Using the tilt over frame .......  you move the tower in on the backside of the 
frame...then align the two side by side base/tower bolts, insert the two bolts 
.... then the crank up the tower to a vertical position...with the 
re-positioned hand crank.....

But how do you move around 1600 pounds of tower lying one foot off the 
ground....
