I have a 1048 Tic Ring. It will be going into its third winter. I have no
problem with it except when the temperature drops below 32 at which time it
will not move. I never have any other problem. I don't think this is a pot
problem. Carl says there is no grease in the motor so for me the mystery
continues at least until I can examine the motor on the ground. I mention this
as a precaution to be considered not necessarily as a complaint.
